Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Bozzetto governing your use of the Bozzetto iOS app (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Subscriptions and billing

• Bozzetto offers a free tier (a limited number of one-time generations) and auto-renewable subscriptions that grant a set number of AI generations per billing period. Pro is sold weekly (15 generations per week), monthly (50 per month), or annually (50 per month, refilled every 30 days); Pro+ is sold monthly (200 per month). Exact prices are shown in the App before purchase, in your local currency.
• The Pro annual plan opens with a 3-day free trial that includes 10 AI generations. Results created on the free tier or during a trial carry a small Bozzetto watermark; results created on an active paid subscription do not.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Unused generations do not roll over between periods. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store policies; we cannot issue App Store refunds directly.

3. AI-generated content

Redesigns are generated by AI and are provided for inspiration and visualization only. They are not architectural, structural, or professional design advice, and may not be accurate or buildable. You are responsible for verifying any decisions you make based on them.

4. Acceptable use

• Submit only photos you own or have permission to use.
• Do not use the App to create unlawful, infringing, harmful, hateful, or sexually explicit content, or to attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures.
• Do not misuse, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App or our servers.

5. Intellectual property

You keep all rights to the photos you submit and, as between you and us, to the redesigned images produced for you. You grant us the limited rights needed to process your photo and deliver your redesign. The App, its name, and branding are our property.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the prior 12 months.

7. Apple

This agreement is between you and Bozzetto only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. To the extent the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You represent that you are not located in a U.S.-embargoed country and are not on any U.S. government restricted-parties list.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
